Take your fitness to the next level with this motivating cardio & core program using WATER ROWERS! You will be coached through a challenging circuit workout using the water rower, medicine balls, bands, tubing, and TRX. This high intensity workout is guaranteed to get results! (Please note, this class has a 3 person minimum. Class may be canceled within a 12 hour timeframe if there are less than 2 people signed up.) 

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
